Terry assists Kestrel principals and senior consultants in numerous sales, marketing, and project-related tasks to ensure the seamless delivery of project deliverables to Kestrel clients. She excels at organizing information and data so reports and other final projects are user-friendly and easy to understand. Terry has used these skills to help clients on document management projects as part of their compliance efforts.

Terry comes to Kestrel with a background assisting the vice president of a large worldwide filtration company with various sales and marketing tasks. She has translated this experience to Kestrel, and is instrumental in supporting the company’s sales and marketing function and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

In addition, Terry has worked in the food industry and has a keen awareness of food safety issues. She supervised kitchen staff in a large healthcare facility, where she assisted in various duties, including survey readiness, job descriptions, staff training, procurement, assistance in routine in-services, scheduling, and kitchen safety awareness. She has also created several food safety checklists for a handheld software program.
