This conference not only examines the vulnerabilities in the supply chain, but also provides best practices and technology solutions to help companies comply with GFSI and FSMA, reduce exposure to food safety recalls, and improve profitability. The conference also explores traceability, legal liability, and recall management strategies, as well as technology tools and solutions.
Kestrel Co-Chair: GFSI 101 Workshop
Kestrel Principal Bill Bremer is serving as Co-Chair of the Consortium. In this role, he is leading and moderating the GFSI 101 Workshop on Wednesday, December 4 at 10:00 a.m.
This workshop is designed specifically for those food companies who are considering becoming GFSI certified but have not yet done so. Join George Ganser of IFS, John Kokoly of BRC, LeAnn Chuboff of SQF, Jacqueline Southbee of FSSC 22000, and Kathleen Wybourn of DNV to learn more about the different certification standards.
